Kentucky Hospitals File Lawsuit Against Opioid Manufacturers and Distributors

On the front lines of the opioid crisis, hospitals experience significant financial and operational harm

 

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Sept. 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — After two decades of providing frontline care in response to the opioid crisis, a group of 23 hospitals have filed a civil lawsuit in Warren County Circuit Court against the manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of opioid-based drugs.
