Justin Clark is a seasoned practitioner who provides in-depth experience across several areas of law. His legal practice involves general and complex business litigation, insurance regulatory matters, healthcare law, construction law, antitrust litigation, intellectual property litigation, professional liability defense, constitutional law, and personal injury law. Justin is also a partner at Top Shelf Lobby, one of Kentucky’s preeminent Government Relations firms.
Justin served in Governor Matt Bevin’s administration as General Counsel for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. In that role, Justin worked closely with the Governor’s office to implement complex healthcare reform in the Commonwealth, resolved several long-lasting litigation matters inherited from prior adminstrations, and reduced red tape for both health care providers and health care receipients.
