Economic Development Transactions, Financing, Zoning, Real Estate, Regulatory

What led you to a legal career?

I wanted to join the FBI.

What has been your most interesting or memorable case and why?

The stolen bourbon saga.  It was novel and interesting.  In reality it is the representation of Macquarie Capital in connection with the design, build, financing, operations, and maintenance of a state-wide middle-mile fiber project, a nearly $200,000,000 public private partnership.  It was a highly complex project with players from around the world.

What’s something about you most people don’t know? 

I was photographer in a past life.

Where would we find you on the weekend?

Covington Farmer’s Market, Findlay Market, volunteering in the neighborhood, gardening, visiting friends and family.

If you had one piece of advice to give an attorney just starting out, what would it be
