DBL Law offers an array of services suited to any civil litigation need in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, including pre-suit negotiation, injunctive relief claims, jury and bench trials, administrative hearings, and appeals. Our attorneys emphasize early, frequent, and responsive communication with our clients about the facts of the case, the legal issues, strategies, and anticipated litigation expenses. We seek to handle cases realistically and pragmatically and use alternative dispute resolution methods, including business mediation and arbitration, where feasible. Our litigation resources include attorney roundtable case evaluation, trained paralegals and other support staff, and electronic case presentation technology.
In addition to acting as lead counsel to DBL Law clients, our attorneys often serve as local counsel to other law firms outside the region. These services include acting as Kentucky and Ohio counsel for national and multi-national corporations involved in complex litigation throughout those states, especially in Franklin County, the site of Kentucky’s state capital Frankfort.
