Andrew is a partner in the firm’s Civil Litigation practice group. His practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions, mass torts and the defense of a diverse field of professionals in all areas of malpractice, professional negligence and professional misconduct. He is an experienced litigator in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Andrew represents corporations, institutions and individuals in complex tort actions, in multi-district litigation, and in a variety of regulatory matters before state licensing boards and administrative agencies.
Andrew has represented hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare professionals throughout Indiana and Kentucky, and in multi-district litigation involving claims of medical device and pharmaceutical product liability. He has also defended professionals involved in regulatory complaints and grievances before various state licensing boards and administrative agencies.
Andrew obtained his law degree from Saint Louis University, and received a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University. He resides in Louisville with his wife and two children.
