
Bryan Berger is a partner in DBL Law’s Banking & Commercial, Business & Transactional, Litigation & Conflict Resolution, Real Estate, and Domestic Relations practice groups. Licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio, Bryan advises individuals, families, business owners, and companies in complex legal matters that often involve significant financial, business, and personal interests.
Bryan has developed a strong reputation for representing clients in high-asset and financially complex divorce matters, including cases involving closely held businesses, professional practices, commercial real estate, executive compensation, retirement assets, investment portfolios, and complex property division. He advises business owners, executives, professionals, and other high-net-worth individuals through every stage of the divorce process, with a focus on protecting their financial interests and achieving practical, strategic resolutions.
In addition to his domestic relations practice, Bryan represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, contract litigation, banking matters, real estate conflicts, and personal injury claims. Whether negotiating a favorable settlement or advocating in court, Bryan provides thoughtful, results-oriented representation tailored to each client’s objectives.
Bryan also counsels businesses, financial institutions, and developers on commercial transactions, public-private partnerships, public financing, and other complex business matters. His multidisciplinary experience allows him to identify practical solutions when business, financial, and legal issues intersect.
Before joining DBL Law, Bryan founded and operated The Berger Firm, where he successfully represented clients in matters involving public-private partnerships, civil and criminal litigation, banking, public financing, family law, and personal injury.
