Kelly conducts harassment investigations, I-9 compliance audits, and litigates cases in federal and state courts. She has experience working with the EEOC, DOL, DOJ, Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, Kentucky Labor Cabinet and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
Kelly has served on numerous nonprofit boards in her career and has a particular passion for cancer related organizations. Her husband Nick died in 2013 at age 46 after a battle with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia which was caused by his treatment in 1996 for Hodgkin’s Disease.« Back to news
