DBL Law’s Made It Series to Spotlight Leaders Driving Growth in the Region’s Life Sciences Sector

DBL Law is pleased to announce the next installment of its Made It Series, taking place on Thursday, August 13, 2026, featuring two distinguished leaders who are helping shape the future of biotechnology and life sciences in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.

The event will feature a moderated discussion with Jim Beach, CEO of Bexion Pharmaceuticals, and Christin Godale, PhD, Executive Director of LifeSciKY.

Hosted by DBL Law, the Made It Series brings together influential business and community leaders for engaging conversations about leadership, innovation, economic development, and the forces shaping our region’s future. The August program will focus on the rapidly expanding life sciences sector and the opportunities it presents for businesses, entrepreneurs, researchers, investors, and the broader community.

Exploring the Future of Life Sciences

The life sciences industry continues to gain momentum throughout Kentucky and Ohio, fueled by groundbreaking research, entrepreneurial innovation, strategic partnerships, and increasing investment. During the discussion, Beach and Godale will share insights into the region’s growing biotechnology ecosystem, the challenges and opportunities facing the industry, and what it will take to sustain long-term growth and competitiveness.

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how organizations such as Bexion Pharmaceuticals and LifeSciKY are helping advance scientific innovation, attract talent and capital, foster collaboration, and position the region as a destination for life sciences companies and research initiatives.
