
Morgan Porter is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Government Advocacy & Economic Development practice groups, based in the Covington office. Morgan brings valuable public sector experience to the firm, having worked with the City of Cincinnati Law Department’s Economic Development team, where she assisted in structuring and supporting complex development projects across the Cincinnati region. Her background and insight into municipal processes, development incentives, and planning and zoning issues allow her to provide strategic, practical guidance to clients pursuing development projects, real estate transactions, and general business matters.
A Louisville native, Morgan earned dual B.A. degrees from Western Kentucky University before graduating magna cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. During law school, she served as Digital Media Editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review.
Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys running and exploring new restaurants. She resides in Wilder, Kentucky with her two cats, Bonnie and Clyde.
