Andrew Top Joins DBL Law and Affiliate Excel Title Services

DBL Law is pleased to announce that Andrew M. Top has joined the firm as a Senior Title Attorney. Andrew will be working to expand the firm’s affiliated title company, Excel Title Services, to the West Chester, Liberty Township and Mason, Ohio areas. Excel Title Services offers a full complement of title services, including title searches, title insurance, closings, and escrow in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

Prior to joining DBL Law, Andrew worked for more than 20 years at a legal services firm and affiliated title agency in Cincinnati, Ohio.  During his tenure, Andrew was actively involved in the mortgage banking industry and associated legal services, serving as a past Chair of the REO/Eviction committee at the United States Foreclosure Network (USFN). Andrew brings a wealth of experience in handling real estate title matters and closings and is experienced in resolving various real estate related matters for clients.

Andrew obtained his law degree from the University of Dayton, graduating cum laude. He earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Wittenberg University and a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University. Andrew is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
