Zach is an associate attorney at DBL Law and is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment & Labor practice groups. He represents clients in business disputes and advises private and public employers on a variety of employment and labor matters. He joined DBL Law in 2023 and is based in the firm’s Cincinnati office.
Zach received his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. While at Elon, Zach was a member of Moot Court and served as President of the Federalist Society. Zach received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.
Zach has successfully defended clients in summary judgment hearings in various employment matters. He has represented clients in state courts and administrative law courts. Zach has also presented on a variety of topics in the realm of employment and labor, including social media use in the workplace and state online privacy laws, successfully denying workers’ compensation claims, and the impact of remote and hybrid workplaces on employers and employees.
Originally from Cincinnati, Zach grew up in Tennessee. He is an avid Volunteers fan. Zach and his wife, Claire, reside in Mt. Washington.
