Megan Butler is a partner in DBL Law’s Banking & Commercial and Real Estate practice groups. Based in the firm’s Northern Kentucky office, she is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois and Michigan.
Megan focuses her practice on commercial finance and banking, representing local, regional and national financial institutions in a broad range of lending transactions. She regularly negotiates, structures and closes commercial loans secured by real estate and personal property, helping lenders navigate transactions efficiently from initial documentation through closing.
Her experience includes financing a diverse range of commercial assets and projects, including office, hotel, multifamily, automotive dealership, retail, restaurant, mixed-use and industrial properties.
A Northern Kentucky native, Megan lives in Covington with her family.
