Kate Christoff serves as Chief People Officer at DBL Law, where she leads the firm’s people strategy with a focus on talent acquisition, professional development, employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Kate brings extensive legal industry leadership experience spanning attorney recruiting, professional development, mentorship, and talent strategy. Prior to joining DBL Law, she served as Director of Legal Talent for Keating Muething & Klekamp, where she oversaw law student and attorney hiring, managed the firm’s professional development programs, and administered several key internal initiatives, including the Associate Mentor Program, Retention & Advancement efforts, Culture & Opportunity initiatives, and associate-focused committees.
Earlier in her career, Kate served as a Career Counselor in the Center for Professional Development at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she worked closely with law students as they navigated career planning and entry into the legal profession.
Kate earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University. Known for her relationship-driven leadership style and passion for helping professionals thrive, Kate plays a central role in advancing DBL Law’s continued investment in its people and culture.
