Ross is an Associate in DBL Law’s Banking & Commercial, Business & Transactional, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups, and is based in the firm’s Cincinnati office.
Ross focuses his practice on advising lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions, assisting clients throughout all stages of commercial lending, including negotiation and preparation of loan documents, due diligence, and closing. Ross also advises businesses on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, startup and venture capital, and related commercial needs.
Before joining DBL Law, Ross practiced as a corporate associate in Louisville. During law school, he participated in the Small Business & Nonprofit Law Clinic, where he advised small business owners and nonprofit organizations. He also served as Senior Editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and interned for the Kentucky Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Ross earned his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law and his B.A., in International Studies and Spanish, from Centre College. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and is fluent in Spanish.
Outside of his practice, Ross enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
