Rebecca McDonough

Rebecca is dedicated to helping clients navigate all facets and intricacies of commercial contracts. In her banking practice, she assists lenders in assessing and documenting complex transactions. Rebecca has extensive experience with diverse collateral types and the requirements of securing her clients’ interests in each, including but not limited to business assets, real estate, and air or watercraft.

In addition to commercial lending, Rebecca works with owners, contractors, and designers in negotiating construction contracts for projects of all sizes and scopes. She has experience drafting both AIA Contract Documents and other privately negotiated contracts.
Rebecca also advises clients on a variety of general corporate and business matters. She has experience guiding clients through company formation and governance, real estate transactions, as well as asset and stock purchases.

A common thread in each of these practices areas is real estate. Rebecca assists individual and business clients through multifaceted real estate issues, including but not limited to sales, purchases, easements, restrictions, leasing, and financing.

Rebecca is active in the community and has served and continues to serve charitable and community organizations. She is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of The Seven Hills School.
