Elizabeth is an associate attorney in DBL’s Banking & Commercial, Real Estate, Construction, and Business & Transactional practice groups. She joined DBL Law in 2022 and is based in the Cincinnati office.
Elizabeth received her Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law in 2020. During law school, Elizabeth worked to revive the Latino Law School Association Chapter and reestablish the Chapter with the National Association. Her most notable achievement while at Chase was when her client with the Kentucky Innocence Project was granted an unconditional pardon.
Prior to joining DBL Law, Elizabeth owned and operated The Rose Law Firm, specializing in Real Estate, Business Representation and Estate Planning services. In her real estate practice, Elizabeth assisted clients through the entire process of buying, selling, and obtaining financing for commercial and residential real estate. In her business practice, Elizabeth assisted clients in the formation of their business and provided continued support in an outside general counsel role. In her estate planning practice, Elizabeth advised clients on how to best protect their assets and created customized succession plans.
Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Cincinnati where she graduated cum laude. While at the University of Cincinnati, Elizabeth participated in the Washington Center Internship Program in which she moved to Washington, D.C. for a semester to work with Reynolds & Associates.
Elizabeth is a Cincinnati native and currently resided in Sycamore Township, OH.
