Kramer was recently appointed by Governor Steve Beshear to serve as a Special Justice of the Kentucky Supreme Court in the case of Cape Publications, Inc. d/b/a The Courier-Journal v. The University of Loiusville Foundation, Inc.Kramer has been with DBL since 1986. He practices primarily in the areas of health-care law and medical malpractice defense. He has served as a member of the Crestview Hills City Council since 2000 and is currently a member of the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors. He resides in Crestview Hills with his wife Diane and daughter Sarah.
