DBL Law partner, Kelly Schoening, will join a panel of legal experts for the first in a series of eight seminars hosted by the Cincinnati Business Courier titled “Avoiding Common Legal Traps: Don’t Get Caught.” The series is part of the Business Courier’s Small Business Essentials series. Schoening will serve as a facilitator for the Tuesday, March 11th seminar titled, “How to do human resources without an HR manager.”

Schoening will be joined on the panel for the March 11th seminar by Kenneth H. Kinder II, member, Cors & Bassett LLC and Barbara Wagner, professor of law, NKU Salmon P. Chase College of Law. The seminar will be held at the Crowne Plaza Blue Ash.
Schoening practices in the area of Employment and Labor out of DBL Law’s Cincinnati office. She is a graduate of Franklin College of Indiana ’90 and received her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law ’96. Schoening was recently named a Kentucky Super Lawyer in 2014 for the third year in a row. She is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.« Back to news
