Jeff Schlosser recently joined DBL Law as partner in the Banking & Commercial, Business Organizations and Construction practice groups.

He has skillfully represented a wide-array of clients on significant business matters, which speaks to his reputation as a top attorney in our field.”
Jeff works with business clients on matters such as acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, imports and exports as well as contract reviews, tax law and employee matters. He also works with lending clients on securing real estate loans, capital loans, ESOP loans, bond financing and handles credit matters.
With having managed two construction companies, Jeff also brings wide-reaching experience to the construction industry and assists clients with contract review dispute resolution, joint venture and teaming agreements and subcontracting. Jeff has also served as the general manager of a client’s local manufacturing company, supporting all facets of its operations and overseeing its related distribution companies.

Jeff received his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Centre College. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. Jeff formerly practiced at Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jeff is committed to serving the community through his work with Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Northern Kentucky International Trade Association,
Southern Ohio District Export Counsel and acting on the board of directors for the Sanitation District No. 1. He has also formerly served on the boards of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Kentucky High School Athletic Association, Tri County Economic Development Corporation (TriEd), Boys and Girls Clubs of Cincinnati and the Metro YMCA.
Jeff resides in Fort Thomas, Kentucky with his wife, Jennie. They have two grown sons.
