David Kramer, a partner with DBL Law was recently appointed by the Kentucky Bar Association’s Board of Governors as its representative on the Kentucky Supreme Court Civil Rules Committee. The Committee makes recommendations to the Supreme Court about amendments to the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure.
Dave has served on the KBA Board of Governors since June 2008 and on several committees of the KBA, including the Rules Committee and the Annual Convention Committee. He is the primary author of the leading treatise on the Kentucky civil rules, volumes 6 and 7 of West Publishing Company’s Kentucky Practice series. He is also co-author of DBL’s Civil Litigation blog at civilprocedure.dbllaw.com.
Dave has been with DBL since 1986 and practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and health care law.
