Crestview Hills, KY; February 5, 2009—DBL Partner David V. Kramer, a member of the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors, has been appointed by the KBA Board as its representative on the Kentucky Evidence Rules Review Commission. The Commission meets at the call of the Chief Justice of the Kentucky Supreme Court, and assists the Supreme Court in reviewing proposals for amendment or addition to the Kentucky Rules of Evidence, which govern the admissibility of evidence and testimony in Kentucky court proceedings.
Kramer’s practice is concentrated in the areas of health care law, civil litigation and appellate practice. He also serves as the primary author of Thomson/West’s two-volume treatise on the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure.
