DBL Law has announced that it will move its downtown Cincinnati office to the Atrium II building at 221 East Fourth Street. The move is part of DBL Law’s strategic growth initiative and its continued commitment to downtown Cincinnati. The mid-size, full-service law firm has had a Cincinnati office since 1997 and has occupied the 35th floor of the Carew Tower since 2004.
“Our Cincinnati office relocation to Atrium II will take place this summer,” says Jim Dressman, Managing Partner of DBL Law. “DBL’s presence in downtown Cincinnati and the work that we do for our Cincinnati-based clients has continued to grow, facilitating our need for additional space.”
DBL Law, and many of its partners and associates, have been involved with several economic and community development organizations efforts downtown and throughout the city over the last decade. Specifically, Managing Partner Jim Dressman is currently vice chair of the Freestore Foodbank, and has been appointed chair for 2015. DBL Law has also been active with 3CDC, sponsoring the DBL Law Market in the Park in 2013. This summer, DBL Law will again partner with 3CDC on an as-yet-to-be announced event.
“We are thrilled to be a partner with 3CDC,” says Dressman. “The organization has done so much for the redevelopment of downtown, and it certainly plays a factor in our continued commitment to growing in downtown Cincinnati.”
DBL Law’s attorneys have also been involved in and supportive of many other Cincinnati-area organizations including the National Association of Women in Construction – Cincinnati chapter, Cancer Support Community – Cincinnati chapter, Junior League of Cincinnati, the Cincinnati chapter of Girls on the Run, Kicks for Kids, Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association, and C-Change.
