Kevin F. Hoskins, partner at DBL Law, has been recognized as a rising leader in Ohio by two prestigious organizations, Super Lawyers and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
Hoskins was named by Ohio Super Lawyers & Rising Stars as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Ohio for 2013. This is the second consecutive year he has received this honor. Mr. Hoskins was nominated by his peers as one of the best attorneys in the state, who is 40 or under and who has been practicing for 10 years or less. In addition, an attorney-led research team completed a multi-phase evaluation process and reviewed the credentials and good-standing of potential Rising Stars.
Hoskins was also named to the 2013 class of C-Change, the young-professional leadership-development program managed by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. This is the eighth class since C-Change began in 2006, and this program provides up-and-coming leaders with the opportunity to build on career and leadership skills while working to impact the community and connect with established regional leaders of the business community.
Hoskins practices practices in the Firm’s Civil Litigation, Employment & Labor and Administrative Law service areas. His practice focuses on cases involving business disputes, product liability claims (representing both manufacturers and injured parties), and job-related claims, such as Title VII discrimination and retaliation.

He has won several jury and bench trials as the first and second chair. Hoskins also serves as general counsel to a national large loss disaster recovery company.
Hoskins obtained his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and he obtained a B.B.A. with a double major in Finance and Organizational Behavior and Business Policy from Southern Methodist University.
