DBL partner David Kramer has been re-elected to the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors for the 6th Supreme Court District for another two-year term beginning July 1, 2010. The KBA Board of Governors is an agency of the Kentucky Supreme Court and assists the Court in overseeing the practice of law in Kentucky.
Mr. Kramer has been a member of the Board since July 2008 and has served on several committees of the KBA, including the Rules Committee and the Annual Convention Committee. In addition, he serves as the KBA’s representative on the Kentucky Supreme Court’s Evidence Rules Review Commission.
Mr. Kramer was also recently inducted as a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America at its Fall Conference in Charleston, South Carolina. LCA is an invitation-only honorary trial lawyer society. Fellows are selected and invited into LCA after being evaluated on effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.Back to news
