DBL Law has been named to the 2020 Top Workplaces list by The Cincinnati Enquirer/Cincinnati.com. The Enquirer partnered with suburban Philadelphia-based Energage to conduct an employee survey to determine the outcome. The workplace survey measures 15 culture drivers organized into four themes. Scoring well on these statements, according to Energage, indicates a healthy organization, which means more engaged employees and better business results.
In the Enquirer’s article announcing this year’s top workplaces, one DBL Law employee who loves working there stated, “The company truly cares about their employees. … I feel valued.”
Founded in 1955, DBL Law is headquartered in Northern Kentucky, and also has offices in Cincinnati and Louisville. The firm has received Top Workplaces recognition since the contest was launched in Cincinnati in 2011. The firm has over 40 attorneys representing businesses, nonprofit entities and individuals.
