His real estate practice focuses on acquisition, development and sales of commercial real property (mixed use, office, retail, industrial, residential and condominium), leasing, tax-deferred 1031 exchanges, challenges to real estate tax valuations, zoning, construction contracts and sale-leaseback transactions.

Drew also represents investors in the acquisition of undervalued and distressed real properties, and he helps clients to identify and secure tax saving opportunities often overlooked by other investors. Drew’s business practice is concentrated on all aspects of corporate, limited liability company and partnership law, including purchases and sales of businesses, business entity selection, formation and governance, financing arrangements, contracts and commercial transactions, joint ventures, and business succession planning.

“As we continue to expand our footprint in the Cincinnati market, we are progressing with our planned strategic growth, by assessing client needs and addressing them appropriately. Drew’s proficiency in the industry is a welcome and much needed addition to our expanding real estate and commercial practices,” remarked managing partner Jim Dressman.

Drew, a Cincinnati native, obtained both his J.D. and his B.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati, where he majored in accounting and finance.
