Noah is an Associate in DBL Law’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment & Labor practice groups. He joined DBL Law in April 2025 and is based in the Northern Kentucky office.
Prior to joining DBL Law, he served as staff attorney for now retired Commonwealth of Kentucky Circuit Court Judge Stockton B. Wood in the 19th Judicial Circuit (Mason, Bracken, and Fleming Counties). More recently, Noah spent ten years as University Legal Counsel for Thomas More University.
Noah received his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, and earned his B.A. in History from Thomas More University, magna cum laude, where he was a member of the baseball team. He is a native of Maysville, Kentucky, and currently resides in Fort Wright with his family.
