Richard G. Meyer is a partner at Deters, Benzinger and LaVelle and handles all manner of civil litigation. His litigation work has included business, construction, geotechnical, health care, banking, employment, zoning, constitutional, professional malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury and securities. He is the author of “Civil Practice After Trial” in the University of Kentucky Continuing Legal Education series.
Rick obtained a B.A. degree from Xavier University in 1968 and a law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1975. At Salmon P. Chase he was a member of the Order of the Curia and Assistant Editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Journal. He is a member of the Kentucky and Northern Kentucky Bar Associations and sits on the advisory board of St. Charles Care Center.
