James A. Dietz represents non-profit and county hospitals and healthcare systems, physicians and physician groups, and other medical providers regarding a variety of healthcare-related issues.

Jim advises healthcare clients across the Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, regions on a variety of contractual, regulatory, and general corporate matters.  Such matters include managed care, employment, and vendor contracts; joint ventures; physician recruitment; anti-kickback, Stark, and regulatory compliance; Medicare and Medicaid issues; governance structures; and other various healthcare-related issues.  He is a frequent speaker and writer on managed care, Stark law, and other healthcare topics.

Jim is an Army veteran and has served as President of the Kentucky Academy of Hospital Attorneys.  He is also a former member of the Board of Directors for the Diocesan Catholic Children's Home in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.

Jim resides in Edgewood, Kentucky, with his wife Stephanie, who is also a practicing attorney, and two boys.
