Peter Schmid assists businesses and individuals in the negotiation and litigation of commercial disputes.  He deals with legal issues involving sales and services contracts, real estate transactions, land use regulations, employment, business competition, banking, and insurance.

From 2000 to 2003, he served as law clerk to the Hon. Dennis S. Helmick, of the Court of Common Pleas in Hamilton County, Ohio, where he administrated the Court's civil docket.

Peter is active in the St. Vincent de Paul Society, and assists in fundraising for the Catholic Inner City Schools Education Fund.

Peter lives in Madisonville with his wife and daughter.
