Nicholas C. Birkenhauer is an associate in the firm's Employment and Labor Practice Group.  Nick's practice includes litigating employment matters and helping employers comply with state and federal labor and employment laws.

Nick obtained his law degree from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he focused on employment law and First Amendment studies.  He received a B.A. with a double major in Journalism and History from Washington and Lee University, Lexington, Virginia.

Nick currently resides in Newport, Kentucky.
