Robert G. Stevens represents hospitals, physician groups, long term care facilities, home health agencies, infusion therapy companies and other providers throughout Kentucky and other states on a wide variety of healthcare issues.
Bob has significant experience handling reimbursement issues with commercial payors, Medicare and Medicaid matters, certificate of need applications, healthcare transactions, and other state and federal regulatory issues. In addition, he has handled many disputes and other matters pertaining to hospital and physician relationships.
Bob was a contributor to the University of Kentucky’s continuing legal education manual on health care law and is recognized as a statewide authority on healthcare law matters. Since 1992, he has been listed in every edition of Best Lawyers in America in the section on healthcare law and he was listed in the 2007 edition of Kentucky Super Lawyers in the healthcare law section. Bob was also an associate professor of healthcare law in Xavier University’s MHA Program from 1990 to 1998.
