Mike Westling currently practices in the area of select criminal defense work and the defense of healthcare providers.
From 1979 to 1999, Mike served as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for the Commonwealth of Kentucky trying high profile cases for the Commonwealth. Upon retiring from that position in 1999 he joined Dressman Benzinger LaVelle and has worked exclusively in a position as a defense attorney, most notably defending physicians and hospitals in the area of Medical Negligence.
