Mark D. Guilfoyle practices extensively in the area of administrative law, guiding clients through the bureaucracies and administrative processes of state and local governments in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He also represents health care providers in administrative matters, and he represents employers in employment and labor relations matters.
From 1991 to 1995, Mark served in the administration of Kentucky Governor Brereton C. Jones, serving at the highest levels of the administration as General Counsel to the Governor, Budget Director and Secretary of the Governor's Executive Cabinet.
Mark has achieved success in a number of significant cases:
Mark serves as a member the Northern Kentucky University Foundation Board of Trustees. In the past, he has served as a Board member of the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, the Alliance for Catholic Urban Education, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman of Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Covington.Mark resides in Edgewood with his wife and five children.
