Elizabeth G. Weber is a partner who heads the firm’s bankruptcy, commercial law and collections practice. She represents both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and collection proceedings in both Ohio and Kentucky.
A fifth-generation lawyer, Betsy obtained a B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1982 and a law degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1985. She is admitted to practice law in both Kentucky and Ohio, and is a member of the Northern Kentucky and Kentucky Bar Associations. She served as a member of the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals from 1996-2004. She is a former member of the Kentucky’s Workers Compensation Nominating Commission.
Outside the office, Betsy has been actively involved with Diocesan Catholic Children’s’ Home, a residential treatment facility for children. She is also very involved with the activities of her own three children, including coaching soccer and serving as president of their school’s parent-teacher organization.Kentucky Bar Association
