Kelly Gindele is an associate practicing primarily in the areas of construction and real estate law. She is based in the firm’s downtown Cincinnati office.
Prior to joining Dressman Benzinger LaVelle, Kelly was the staff attorney to Judge James R. Schrand in the Boone County, Kentucky Circuit Court.
Kelly obtained her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2007, where she graduated summa cum laude, was valedictorian of her class and was appointed to the Order of the Curia. She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University. While attending law school, Kelly was an associate editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review and was a member of the National Trial Advocacy Team. She competed in the Ohio Cross-Town Trial Competition (tied for First Place), ATLA Trial Advocacy Competition, Kentucky Mock Trial Advocacy Competition (1st Runner-Up), and the TYLA’s National Trial Competition (tied for 1stPlace).
