David M. Dirr is an associate in the firm's health care, medical malpractice, and civil litigation practice groups.
David primarily represents clients in administrative appeals and litigation involving a wide array of healthcare-related issues including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, anti-kickback law and the Stark Law. He also assists clients in a diverse range of litigation issues outside the field of healthcare law.
David obtained his B.A. in History from Miami University. He graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and he was elected a member of the Order of the Coif upon graduation. David was a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal and a member of the Civil Rights Moot Court Team.
