DBL partner Todd McMurtry was recently appointed to the Covington Latin School (CLS) Board of Education. Todd is a 1979 graduate of CLS, and has also served as a member of the CLS Alumni Board.
In addition to his service to his alma mater, Todd currently is a member of the Fort Wright, Kentucky City Council. He has also held a number of volunteer board positions, including Board Chairman of Cardinal Hill Hospital of Northern Kentucky and Finance Chairman of the Kenton County Republican Party.
In his law practice, Todd handles complex litigation involving business disputes, land use, real estate, construction, and personal injury in Ohio and Kentucky courts.
Todd resides in Ft. Wright with his wife and three children.
